Kinda hard to give an organized order after the first trio because there's a lot of different reasons for each game ; and way more that 10 games that will be great for sure. Last one could have been pretty much anything tbh, so much to choose from.

I just can't give top marks to games that only showed gameplay-less trailers. Conversely, gameplay-focused Splatoon gets my best of show.
Honorable mention to Dragon Age Inquisition and Code Name S.T.E.A.M.

He's a pretty swell guy in my books anyway.
1. Xenoblade X
2. Batman: Arkham Knight
3. Civilization: Beyond Earth
4. The Witcher III
5. Bloodborne
6. Persona Q
7. Ori and the Blind Forest
8. Codename: S.T.E.A.M.
9. Far Cry 4
10. Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor

Honorable mention:
x. Cuphead
x. No Man's Sky
x. Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright
x. Valiant Hearts
x. Dragon Age Inquisition

Can't believe it's finally being remastered:
x. Grim Fandango

I wish it was more than just concept:
x. Mirror's Edge
x. Criterion racing game with helicopters and shit

Might've made the list if I owned the platform:
x. Bayonetta 2
x. Sunset Overdrive
x. Super Smash Bros U
x. Kirby & the Rainbow Curse
x. Scalebound

Yes I know Xenoblade X is on my list, it's an exception as I didn't want to fill my list with games I probably won't even buy when they come out but I loved MonolithSoft's previous console games (except Xenosaga Ep.II).

1 Yoshi's Wooly World - Most creatively looking game. Such awsome.
2 Assassin's Creed Unity - Most graphically impressive game for me. So many NPC's!
3 Kirby and the Rainbow Curse - Such cool looking and awsome gameplay
4 Splatoon - Looks incredibly fun and fresh
5 Rainbow Six Siege - Tactical shooters need a comeback. Hope they can perfect this one
6 Halo: Master Chief Collection - Just for halo 2 online
7 Mario Maker - Making levels and sharing with my family. Sounds great
8 Batman: Arkham Knight - looked stunning
9 Far Cry 4 - Similair to far cry 3. Good thing since i liked that game.
10 Battlefield Hardline - seems like a reskin. But a cool one.

3. Bloodborne
4. MGS 5

11. Bayonetta 2
12. Rachet & Clank Redux**
13. Witcher 3
14. Little Big Planet 3
15. Mirror's Edge 2***
16. Grim Fandango (Extra choice)

Edit: Oops missed one, guess I'm not sure where to put Final Fantasy Type-0 HD after such a long wait, but once they start showing trailers it'd probably be pretty high.

*Will probably recover back slightly higher but still feeling some lost buzz from missed opportunity for female lead after the tease.
**Would be higher since I'm drooling at what PS4-powered R&C could look like but we just got the name and what it's going to be in words.
***Might have been higher but feels like no idea when this is coming with EA's bizarre documentary presentations

Uncharted and Takahashi's Xeno series of JRPGs (aside from Xenosaga II) are two of my favorites and both seem set to deliver ridiculously even if we haven't seen much of UC4 yet.

I'm going to be broke in 2015...

Explanations:
I have never played Halo before, and Xbox One is my 1st Xbox ever. So Im really excited about this collection, since I always had the curiostiy to play but never had the opportunity. Not saying its a remasterized collection at 1080p, 60fps and a amazing value of 60 dollars... and coming this year! Thats why I chose that for the best reveal of E3 this year.

Forza Horizon 2 is looking beautiful, and Im amazed to see how theyre handling those graphics at a open world racing game with dinamic weather and 1080p. Not just that, it seems the game is very arcadey, and thats what Im looking for on a racing game: I dont like racing sims, I dont like those "cop chasing" racing games, neither those based on destruction and crashes. I just wanted a good arcade racing game, and looks like Forza Horizon 2 will deliver exactly it with great additions and many cars. And its coming this year!

About Uncharted 4, I wasnt so hyped by its trailer, because I thought it wasnt very different from their 1st reveal, since there wasnt much details, nor gameplay or release date. BUT when ND quite confirmed thats the game itself and thats how were gonna be playing, besides still a little skeptical, I am now ultra hyped for it. I love Uncharted series (my favorite on last gen and one of my favorites of all the time) and Im certain about the game quality, so that with those graphics... well, I will be playing the most amazing visually game ever made and certainly also a very good game by itself, right next year, and I wasnt expecting to see that quality this gen, who would say already next year.

And a quick impression of the rest: Bloodborne looks really interesting, I really like D. Souls. Scalebound kind reminded me of DMC3, my favorite DMC ever, and since Kamyia worked on Bayonetta Im confident about how its gonna play. The order seems just an amazing TPS with a great story and impressive visuals, just wanna play it now! Sunset Overdrive looks awesome and really fun to play, but I kind fear it to too much repetitive and with not many objectives to keep me playing, Im still hyped though. The Divison looks just a great RPG/Shooter game, besides it looks downgraded, what was expected, its gameplay still looks intact and awesome, curious to see more! Project Spark looks just an amazing game maker and I can see very nice projects coming through it, Ill be certainly buying it. About AC I promised myself I wouldnt care for another Assassins Creed game anymore if it did not showed any improvement on gameplay and story, about the story im not sure, but gameplay wise this new AC is looking a lot better, and also its visuals.

1. Bayonetta 2
2. Zelda U
3. Splatoon
4. Mario Maker
5. Yoshi's Woolly World
6. Halo: Master Chief Collection

Top 3 reasons:

1- Bayonetta 2. Bayo 1 was my game of last gen. Bayo 2 seems to pick right up where 1 left off in terms of over the top ridiculousness wrangled in with tight combat.

2- Zelda U. Dat trailer ...was actual gameplay ...on the Wii U hardware? I'm still holding my breath, but I don't think Nintendo is in the business of being a straight up fucking liar.

3- Splatoon. New property that is all about gameplay. I need something more than interactive movies. The graphics are whimsical and interesting but take a huge back seat to gameplay.

Nintendo killed E3. Like straight up knocked the HD twins dead. I was saddened by Sony's complete lack of ANYTHING interesting, and completely unsurprised by Microsofts vacancy. From Sony .. Bloodbourne looked totally uninspired, and the Uncharted franchise needs to just die already. For Microsoft ... Master Chief collection was smart but ultimately just punctuates how awful Halo 4 was.
