:O yep pretty much the most beautiful women on the show...dany is amazing hot too but I think I'll have to give it this women.. :OO

Also goddamn guys lol glad I had the dude on my ignore list but this thread gets insane with no new ep.... only 2 ep's left... will you guys be able to survive the winter :P

I missed the post but the reaction seems pretty severe. I hope not many of you were affected by whatever that jerk did. Might be a good time to go dark until the season is over for this reason. People are assholes, and this will probably happen again.

It was a huge spoiler. Not the "Tyrion will slap Joffrey again" kind of spoiler, but like... huuuge man. I hope it's not true.

It doesnt matter what he said, but maybe you guys should take a break from this thread until sunday, the two week wait is making people go crazy.

I didn't get a chance to see the spoiler that may or may not have been posted a couple of pages ago, but here's the good thing...

There's no way to actually confirm if someone something posts is a spoiler or not - which is a good thing.

I once thought I had something on this show spoiled for me, and it turned out that what I thought was a spoiler was completely fictitious.

Some people just like to screw with your head.

But at least the good thing is even if you stumble upon a spoiler, you can still have doubt about it since there's always a solid chance it's BS anyway.

To add on to this, don't go asking people about potential spoilers or what was said unless you have already read the books and can't be spoiled. Don't let curiosity ruin such an awesome show so close to the end of the season. It's not worth it. A good position to take is to view all potential spoilers as false. Trolls will be trolls.

General question - if Littlefinger has married Lysa Arryn already, would this make Littlefinger the Lord of the Vale, or would Lysa Arryn still hold that power? Or at the least the "Regent" or "Lord Protector" or whatever.

I hope we don't have to wait too long to see what Littlefinger is up to.

I think little Robert Arryn is Lord of the Vale. Littlefinger does get some title though, you might be right with regent or whatever.

I feel like I might be the only person who is actually rooting for Littlefinger to win the Iron Throne.

Yeah he's a douche, but I can't help but like him.

Maybe not end the story with him as King, but it would be really cool to see him win his ultimate prize with his cunning.

Regent / Lord Protector would be the right terms. I think Robin (the kid) is the current Lord, but he's not of age yet to rule.

Pyke natives are called Iron Men because they are fed exclusively with iron ore during their growth years.

Seriously?

I had always just assumed it was because the Iron Islands are such a hard place, and because they take what is theirs with iron and blood.

We Do Not Sow.

Close between that and Winter is Coming for best House words.

S1 little finger was awesome, I thought I really liked the character. Then Ned happened. Then I realised what he was. Weaselly man.

I'm heading down to his home town tomorrow: Cork.

If that's true, who is the father? Something tells me that Ned would not have sex with his sister. I'd prefer if Ned had a moment of weakness than once again be some always honorable figure. As of now, the only thing he's done that is really detestable is assuming that Jaime killed the king out of cowardice and ambition.

See RedShift's post.

Spoiler tags just because, all show stuff but maybe a bit based off the Blu Ray extras
If Jon was Lyanna's kid that would make his likely real father Raegar Targarian wouldn't it? Seeing as the whole rebellion was started when he abducted her.

Shit this makes a lot of sense. Jon was born during the rebellion. Ned would lie to protect his nephew from Robert, who we know was happy to kill Targ babies, especially when they're a living reminder of what happened to Lyanna. And what better way to ensure Jon has no kids to continue the Targ bloodline than ship him off to the Wall with Benjin?

So... Jon Snow is the rightful king... Fuck.

Yeah basically that's my theory. Not much else makes sense to me when you consider Ned's character. Ned is pretty loyal to his family and that's the one thing that would make him lie and even lose his own honor from it (see admitting to being a traitor at the end of season 1, too). The fact that he hides it from Robert, too and literally told him nothing about it kind of says it, too. Even if he was ashamed after, two close war buddies like that would probably have a clue about what was going on during the war. And there's no point in hiding it from Jon, too, if his mom is no one really important, especially right before he goes to the wall.

It all just fits far too perfectly for it to not be that.

Holy shit. I had to reverse image search that and found the guy's DeviantArt page. Amazing stuff.

(His work is spoiler free, but I'd stay away from the comments, of course)

That is so awesome. Would play!

When they unveiled the Kindle White a year ago, they chose a page in ADwD with massive series spoilers. I mean there is a 1000 pages in the book and they had to choose that one. It was hilarious for me, but I know a lot of people were pissed.
lol wow. Can you PM me what the spoiler was? I'm curious.

Here, this should calm everyone down =D

LOL, she's doing the stupid comic book pose.

....And you can't see her feet on that pic. OMG was Oona Chaplin created by Rob Liefeld? xD

I miss Robert Baratheon. Great character and they got a fine actor to portray him in Mark Addy. Robert was my favorite combination of character/performance in the show along with Varys.

Robert was freaking awesome. I think he'll forever be one of my top two or three favorite characters on GoT. I'd have loved one more season of him guzzling booze and getting lectured on joostice by Ned. Those two worked so well together.

I think Robert's scene with Cersei in the first season where he explains that he can't even remember what Lyanna looked like was probably one of the best there has been in this entire series and one of the more memorable scenes from a TV show ever.

He played that character so well. He was a drunken fool, but he oozed so much charisma that you couldn't help but understand exactly why he was able to get people to unite behind him and kneel before him. That's an incredibly tough part to play, I think.

And King Robert had one of the best lines of the show, acting was top notch and could feel the pain as he said it.

Robert Baratheon: You want to know the horrible truth? I can't even remember what she looked like. I only know she was the one thing I ever wanted... someone took her away from me, and seven kingdoms couldn't fill the hole she left behind.

so good.

Such a good line.

I also think that whole scene was probably Lena Headey's best acting in the series, too.

"Wear it in silence, or I'll honor you again." still has me rolling every time I watch that episode form Season 1.

You guys are making me want to rewatch season 1.

This is probably something I should have done while I was on my vacation over these past few days. I have Go and a tablet. What the hell is wrong with me?

Will definately do this tonight when I get home.

He was pretty good. I can't quite decide if jolly Robert or angry Robert was my favourite. He did both so well.
