Damn, I F5'd like crazy and still only managed to get in at 5580 -.- I really wanted that early bird.

Congrats to anyone who managed to get in sooner!

I would advise everyone ahead of me in line to leave. It's not worth it. Just go to PAX. It's so much better. And I hear Seattle is lovely.

PAX is definitely better than E3 no question. But Seattle is more expensive to travel to for me and I moved away from Boston years ago. :P

EDIT: Updated to 166 ahead. Crossing fingers...

lol. Got through and only attendee and media are options. In the middle is "COMING SOON!" which I'd imagine is for general admission.

Got another machine that's 6200 in line, so hopefully they're actually available by then.

Edit:

This is the luckiest I've ever felt. Got that $150 pass!

(Although I'll probably get an industry pass later, but better safe than sorry)

Congrats! I wonder why that option didn't show up for me though. Maybe because I already tried getting tickets on the same phone before they were available?

Have 2K ahead of me. I doubt I'll get the early bird but still thinking about getting the $250 pass anyway since I'm already in LA.

If I got the $150 ticket, this would've been an easy yes. Talking with a friend right now, and I don't think $250 is gonna work for us, quarter of a thousand dollars is insane to just play some games early.

It's been a dream of mine to go to E3 since I was like ten. Now I actually could, but due to the cost of travel, a place to stay, and anything else that may be needed, it's not possible.

In other words, I hope they do this for at least another year! Will be saving up just in case! Really cool that it's open even for this one, and I wish for a successful show.

NO WAY! I WAS 1511 in line at first and managed to get the pass for $150 .

E3 here I come.
I was hoping 500 people were just trying to flood the queue or change their mind.

Got my early bird pass. Was 568 in line. Very surprised I got it given how dreadful my luck is with getting tickets.

Will be my first E3 ever. Very excited. I'm prepared to stand in line as long as it takes to play Super Mario Odyssey.

I think the queue also includes media and possibly industry people. I had 1288 people ahead of me when I started and still got the early bird.

Ugh...I ain't going to this without my girlfriend. I'm 3126 in line right now on my computer for myself and I'm 7750 in line right now for her on my cell phone. Is it a risky proposition at this point for me?

I imagine tickets in general should be OK, $250.

You need to register for both people though I don't think it'll let you do both in one sitting/session.

I just meant from a "selling out" perspective. If I get mine but the queue sells out before we get to hers, I'm going to be upset lol

Wasn't able to get an early bird ticket but I went ahead and got the $250 one anyway. I'm glad to be able to go to E3 for once in my life.

You should be good as long as you're in line.

A friend of mine tried too late and it says sold out straight off the bat according to him.

Yeah, I don't imagine E3 would be much fun alone! Good luck! If they did limit the early bird to 1000, I imagine the other 14,000 tickets should take a while to sell.

Good for you! It is fun, don't expect the world, just go and have a good time geeking out that you're at E3. I've done that for all the ones I've attended (6 or 7?) and I've never left unhappy.

So can someone who's bought a ticket confirm if you're able to get more than one? Trying to buy for myself and a friend.
