I've been drinking since 5pm central. It's nearly midnight now. I've had around 14 beers and a shot or three.
But, I still am not drunk. And I'm losing my patience.
Yeah, it's been a while, but you'd think it'd take its toll sooner rather than later. I have enough alcohol here to last me 3 weeks....but I don't wanna chug some liquor and really be fucked up in 2 minutes, which is what would happen.


It'll end up hitting me like a brick wall and then I'll pass out in 5 minutes. Which sucks.

I'm sure others here have had this problem. Commiserate with me!
I'm glad I'm off tomorrow!
 
Trust me you're drunk.

You just don't realize it. Normally when I'm in the state you're in (everything seems fine, I can see clearly, type properly,etc.) the only thing off is my mood controls. I tend to break a lot of things in anger or disgust then.
 
Stop drinking that piss ant lolly water that you guys call beer over there.

2% alcohol is shit.

shit, well....yeah, i'm pretty fucked up now. and prolly was before. but it just feels so underwhelming =p

and yes, i would say i was moody. so i was drunk before, now i'm trashed. right. i guess.
 
You have no idea how often I've drunk excessive amounts of beer and not even been drunk in the least.

Well, at least that's not the case tonight.
 
Keep replying to this topic, then we can have a fully documented list of steps of internet drunkeness . You've already lost the ability to capitalise, what will the next step be?

Reminds of the scene in Dazed and Confused when the red headed dude goes to stand up in the back of his truck. He wobles around for a second then just sits down with a "dude I'm fucked up" look on his face.

It takes me so many beers to get drunk, so I usually drink Vodka. I've never felt the way you have though, that would just suck
 
I never get drunk. Just 'nice'. I prefer that. But sometimes, I don't even get 'nice'. It's wierd.

That's why I'm a smoka!
 
It's called tolerance. It sucks and ends up costing me more money to get a good buzz. I either take a few weeks off drinking or just do straight liquor. Good luck.
