Hmm, guess I'm not sure exactly what you mean by quality. Scale I can understand, I usually prefer larger figures myself, but the 5" scale is pretty standard across Japanese posable figures such as Figuarts, Figma and Revoltech is it not? As for paint slop, well that's disappointing, but inevitable with mass produced, factory painted figures. Like I already said, mine is impeccable so maybe you just got a lemon. Sorry to hear that it's turned you off of D-Arts.

One Piece sells out like hot cakes in Japan. Those sites take heavy loads during the first few minutes when preorders go up namely Amiami, HLJ, Hobbysearch, Hobbyfrontier etc. There's a myth about Japan's initial batch of One Piece figure statues are the best with the "gold" labeled sticker versus the "silver" labeled ones. The stickers are mainly an indication of which region they were sold at really. People still buy them up so bootleggers tried to forge the stickers on them too but they don't do it cleanly.
So besides bad paint apps you can check for the sticker authenticity too when scouting bootlegs.
There's three types of stickers I've seen so far.. gold for Japanese release, silver for international release and there's an American sticker that shows an American distributor for this region.

Ah so it did, shame that even waking up earlyish I was still too late XD, what's more it looked really good. Hopefully they'll rerelease or I find a cheap one on release, nice to know about the stickers did not realise that =).

Im not a big actual anime fan, and a big fan of the actual ame comi story. Its a really neat book and Star Sapphire Wonder Woman was one of my favorite deputized heroes in Blackest Night, and I hate the actual comic styled figure of her
my wife likes it because of how ridiculous the proportions of her are

You can modify the quantity in your cart and update it to see how much they supposedly have in stock.

According to mfc only Nippon Yasan still has Raidou. I fell asleep before he went up on AmiAmi thinking that ordering 5 hours later would be no big deal only to see he was already gone most places....definitely one of my more stressful moments in this hobby. Almost all my other figures are GSC so I had no clue Bandai did such small runs.

None of the D-Arts Pokemon have got a US release, there has been no announcement and Blue Fin has not shown them at any shows. We ordered some Mewtwo and Charizard for US release, but missed Blastoise.
On a related note, it's crazy how popular One Piece is Japan vs US. I see the preorders order stop all the time, but I just sit on them all the time.
Eh whatever.

I think Bluefin confirmed a while ago on their Facebook page that they could not secure the licensing required to release the Pokemon figures in the US.

Yeah, I was really disappointed when I saw that Charizard [and, subsequently, Blastoise] didn't have their pre-evolved form as a first-release bonus. It's such a great idea, and I'm saddened to see it only happening with Mewtwo. I would have even paid a bit extra for it, personally.
Oh well, they still look amazing in their own right, so I can't complain too much.

This is D-Arts, though, so they will [likely] have more available closer to release. At least, that's been my experience with them.
Just keep checking the usual sites when it's within a month of release and you should be fine. I'll keep checking on occasion, and if I see more become available, I'll let you know.
J-List has him for $50. I'm not sure if you want to pay that much, and I can't vouch for their service with figures [I've only purchased a few various items through them].

For that cost, it had better be EMS, and even then, that seems obscenely high, given the small size of the package. These D-Arts figures aren't exactly what you would call large in-size. ~_~
