I haven't seen the demons sold individually, only in the set of 3; I pre-ordered over at Big in Japan:

Better prices than ebay, and no chance of bootlegs. I've had nothing but good experiences. All the figures have been flawless, even if they're rated B on amiami.

THOUGH, kotobukiya is making a "Street Fighter x Tekken" bishoujo line, different from the TTT2 line. But so far the only ones announced are SF char (chun li and cammy).

I have a strong feeling they'll also do the rest of the girls and I'm still not convinced Hwoarang is part of the line up.

So close to pulling the trigger on my first-ever Hot Toy: Iron Man Mark VII. The pre-order deal on Sideshow looks like a fair deal. Is this one of the better sites to go through for HT? I don't have any experience shopping for them and they are a very expensive item, I want to make sure I get the best deal I can.

I am worried that this might be a dark path I'm already pretty into Figmas and some other Japanese figures, not to mention some American stuff. But 1 or 2 can't hurt right?

Not just legitimate, they're THE seller to go to if you want exclusive accessories not sold elsewhere for certain Hot Toys figures. They have a pretty tight partnership.

Sideshow Toys tends to be a bit more expensive than other retailers but as i mentioned, they have Sideshow Exclusives from time to time and you can use FlexPay if you want to pay in installments. I use that all the time.

Also, their customer service is quite excellent.

I've heard mixed reviews it's one of the only anime that aren't based on a graphic novel (like Hyouka that came out recently) but most have been positive. The ending is supposed to be pretty damn great.

Yeah my only complaint is that I wish he were "beefier" without the coat. The arms and shoulders are too skinny to display without the coat. The head sculpt is fabulous as expected from Hot Toys as is all of the clothing work. With coat on, it's fantastic.

I'll post pics of him next to the Dark Knight Rises Batman DX figure later tonight when I get home from work.

I recommend the Persona 2 Innocent Sins' Lisa Silverman figure =P for new Plamoya has it for way cheap (JPY3,528) in comparison to AmiAmi (JPY6,580) or HobbyLink Japan (JPY7,543) (Plamoya seems to be best when items are on sale lol.

The Pièce de résistance for any Chie fan will be the upcoming Megahouse Chie. It is going to be very expensive and possibly hard to find because its a Japanese web store exclusive, so there's no discounts like most figures. It cost me $131 shipped, but other places like BBTS are taking preorders for $199.99. I think 149.99 might be the cheapest shop price left, unless other shops open up more preorders, or you buy it with a proxy.

The figma you've already seen is a much cheaper alternative. But she's also a lot smaller, and not as high quality.

There's the figuarts Chie, which is about the same size as the figma, but not poseable. Quality isn't amazing either.
