What about the PS4 pro makes it a hot mess? I feel like they've been going out of their way to make it sound like it's worse than it is. I've had zero issues with anything at all. It's fine.yeah that's a reach
That's what I meant. It's a reach to say the Pro is a hot mess. You misunderstood meWhat about the PS4 pro makes it a hot mess? I feel like they've been going out of their way to make it sound like it's worse than it is. I've had zero issues with anything at all. It's fine.

Nope skyrim got fixedI think it's because Brad follows digital foundry and he brought up a few cases in some bombcasts when Pro just came out and where the games were performing worse than their OG counterparts.
They didn't even acknowledge that all of those cases have already been patched and fixed now. The only outlier that performs worse on Pro right now is Skyrim, I think.
Ah well. I'll forgive them this once.
Dan saying his 1 and 2 games aregive me hope for the overall number 1 this yearStardew and Overwatch
So I just signed up for Premium for the first time, you guys got any recommendation where I should start? There is a ton of content to go through, I'm kind of lost to where I should start haha.
The FMV and CBS show parodies are still some of my favorite things the site has ever produced. But I guess if the inspiration isn't there you can't force it, and the distance issue these days probably limits their ambitions. I get what you're saying but I like that that mix it up too.I feel them skipping out on producing the amazing skits they usual do and just releasing a backlog of their usual content with a Christmas theme over the course of a week is pretty representative of their output this year.
I still think "Best Debut" is a weird category and ends up just rewarding games for not being sequels. Which is kind of sad?
The software strategy was definitely not.
Sony seemed to think they could hoist it on third parties at the last second and everyone would drop everything to make it a priority.

What's the game Brad fillibusters for an hour like the Republican legislature until it gets the award he wants?
I....think you're reading too much into it.Brad talked about editing down the podcast audio. The podcast and video are roughly the same length (actually, video is shorter, perhaps from not having breaks). So does that mean Drew edited the video as well?

And is anyone else upset at the idea of editing deliberations? If there's no NDA / nasty shit in there, why not keep it all in, or at least as an option? This idea that a crew of people who regularly put out 3 hour podcasts needs to be abridged in any way is insane to me.
Greg Miller's number 1 is the least surprising thing I can imagine.

Giant Bomb has, to my knowledge, only ever made one censorship cut and that was very understandable.
Does it end with a 4?
can you please remind me what it was ? I've probably seen it but can't think of it at the top of my head right now.

I guessed 9/10 games before clicking his top 10 getting his #1 and #2 right.Greg Miller's number 1 is the least surprising thing I can imagine.

Giant Bombs are gonna drop.
Alright, Will getting some VR games on the board!
Man, Trackmania Turbo just hurts my heart. It could have been so much more, even within the constraints they placed on it.

those files dont come out of the recorder ready to go, theres a ton of off-air junk to cut out, transitions to clean up, ads to produce and insert, etc. still a fair amount of post work to do on the audio even though we record live now. in other words, im not editing out any content, its mostly clean-up to make it all sound nice and professional-ish
