I'll never forget playing Child of Eden for the first time with Kinect, was an amazing experience.

This looks cool but the game they are playing right now is one of the reasons I don't consider that this VR set will be worth it on the long term. $400 bucks + the camera + the move controllers just to play this type of simplistic games. It's just not worth it IMHO. Hope to be proved wrong once time passes by and once more games comes out. RE7 for example.

RIGS has a full fledged single player league and online with a lot of depth. It seems to have a wall for people to get used to it. If anything else gets close to that, I'll be more than happy.

I just hope to god they downloaded their saves to skip the looonnnggg tutorial.

VR isn't worth it because of one game that you consider simplistic? Doesn't that sound odd to you - there are other kinds of games..

Also games that look mechanically simplistic can be great in VR - space pirate trainer looks like crap in videos and would be terrible on a screen, but in VR it's great

They're not really. You do have to dial in the controls, but once you're into it, you know why you failed each shot.

This game might have inconsistencies, but VR is not inherently imprecise. At all.

They were talking about frame rate on PSVR. Jeff said most games are 90 because they're aiming for 45 fps per eye. I assume he's just misunderstanding what reprojection is.
