What kind of FP is that lol.

oh man, "PS2/PS3 vibes"

HARSH

Visuals do sit somewhere between PS2/PS3 a lot of the time though...

But I find that perfectly OK. They could be N64 graphics for all I care... the VR adds a new layer to things that is totally exciting.

hey dude complaining about negativity in a PSVR thread, what's your avatar supposed to be

I can't quite make it out

lol no complaints from me. jett was one of those members back in the day that was always tag quoted appropriately.

anyways, it's a ms paint ps4 lol.

Walking around in Skyrim VR is gonna be so cool you guys.

Does it come with PSVR support? Man, going in for the first time in VR with the enhanced edition is going to blow some minds.

Fake edit: Like seriously. If Skyrim clicks it easy to get lost in the world for hundreds of hours, if VR is well implemented, crikey.

Wait Fallout too?! Megaton.

I'm still super excited for Fallout VR even though I'll probably have to use teleportation. Hopefully they'll do that right.

Having never had any experience with VR the whole teleportation thing just puts me off but then I understand the limitations that makes it inclusion necessary. Not sure I would want to play a game where that is something I would have to do but then with free movement I have no reference for how I'll take to it.

Yeeeah you're not wrong. Implemented well, though, teleportation can be great (or at least not get in the way). Paintball in Rec Room is super fun and competitive even though it uses teleportation. Raw Data too.
we need more VR games that are bright and colorful.

Absolutely. Colors can look so vivid on those displays, but too many games are still brown/black/grey.

Hahahahahahah, heeeeelllll no. If Tomb Raider Gone Home makes you sick after 10 minutes, Skyrim VR might as well be a forbidden form of torture classified as war crime.

It will take time to figure this stuff out. I just poked fun at us thinking this was feasible when VR was announced.

It seems like theres a lot less tracking issues occuring in this stream. Not seeing anything near as bad as last week

The change from "VR is going to change the world, nothing can compare" to "buy it if it looks cool to you" is pretty funny.

I really need to get a demo for one of these headsets because it's such a big thing to just jump into. My opinions so far are all based on things I've watched others do which is obviously one of the pitfalls of trying to get into VR. It's really hard to get an idea of how it all translates to what I would actually see with a headset on and how I would feel in the long term.

99% of the issues come from move, theyve not gone into those games yet, head tracking isnt usually too bad apart from the occasional odd drifting issue

I even think it's also kind of weird that Facebook thinks this VR avatar integration can be big when we mostly walked away from making phone calls to rather communicate in short text messages.

But VR proponent's have always claimed it'll change the world within 10+ years, not year 1. Year 1 was always going to be bulky, expensive, experimental and relatively niche.
