This sounds like good news now, but just wait until three years down the line and they go all Penny Arcade. Every Bombcast is just confusion over what those darned kids are playing on their video-matic machines. Gosh I'm tired, is it already 8:00? Better go to bed.

Weekend Confirm is already one step ahead of them and sometimes brings up bitter divorces.

My cynicism aside, that's pretty cool. grats, etc.

Didn't Ryan just start dating this girl?

I remember he had a girlfriend and mentioned her way too much then stopped then started mentioning one in the past few months..

I would say that I know too much, but those guys tend to let you know over and over

You're not fooling anyone with that.

Glad to see the good news, I'd have proposed soon after a Ms. Pac-Man machine too.

I thought it was the same girlfriend for ages.

Either way, congrats to Ryan and his girl! Assuming we interpreted that tweet correctly.

Was it on 1up Yours that Davison brought up his divorce and how the games press was partially responsible for that happening?

so it looks as thought the GB Mass Effect 3 review will be up in less than an hour.

GB's event coverage videos and podcasts are the absolute best in the business. One more reason why i'm extremely excited for E3.

Are they covering GDC as well?

I don't know why I thought to make this, but I apologize in advance.

Also,

:( for Jeff,
:) for Ryan, and
:lol for ME3.

Surprised he didn't see the multiplayer as a reason to give it a 5. Personally don't like it, but seems like an evolution of the Call of Duty grinding that everyone loves.

Call of Duty with worse combat doesn't sound like much of a selling point to Jeff going by his review.

Just read Jeff's review. Still iffy on why he gave ME3 a 4/5. Guess the entire package isn't as tight as ME2. Some characters popped in ackwardly

oh, well..

I find my tastes are drifting further and further apart from Jeff's.

I found Syndicate to be a 3 star game and I've enjoyed my time with ME3 very much so.

To each his own.

I still 'agree' with Jeff more often than not with certain genre's but whatever. We'll see.

Sounds like the same issues with Uncharted 3 and Arkham City: everything is slightly better than the previous entry, but it's two years later and the wow factor is gone.

The thing is - I think there is new things in here to be genuinely excited about. The multiplayer is surprisingly fun and addictive due to the smart implementation of the rewards system and I find the combat to be way better than previous entries.

But hey, what do I know.

That's what happens when your entire criteria of videogame criticism is based on "wow factor" :3

Not so much a problem if you adhere to the idea mechanical complexity and stimulating difficulty is the of the utmost importance. Turns a lot of "GotYs" into "meh, okays" though (and vice versa).

So, afaik, only Drew, Jeff and Brad left.

Alright GAF, that only leaves the one question every Giant Bomb fan secretly ask himself:

Kill / Fuck / Marry?
