I have a question for girl gaf: So unfortunately, I've kind of fallen head over heels for a particular gal (let's call her T).
Bit of background for T: She's a receptionist at the building I live at, we''ve talked lots of times, she laughs at the goofy compliments I tell her, and she's into Seinfeld and salsa (which is awesome). Lately I've gotten her number and texted her. She's on vacation this week. My plan is to ask her out to do something when she comes back (basically next time I see her).
But i've noticed a few things though that maybe you gals or guys can answer:
1. It's always myself that texts first. I'm pretty sure i caused that, but is there any way to reverse it? Like T texts me instead? Or is this more of a sign she isn't interested?
2. So while T's on vacation, I texted her just once to say have a good vacation and decided to hold off on texting her. I feel I've texted her wayy too much prior to her vacation (once a day practically) and dont want to come off as too clingy or too much "always around". Good idea or bad idea to not text her for the next few days?
On a side note, it's hard as hell holding back and not texting her lol

^ Well she's already given you her number, so that's a good start. Personally I would avoid texting her while she is away. Let her enjoy her holiday, that way she'll have more to talk about when she gets back.
And as for the 'who should text first' thing, maybe she just isn't the kind of person to initiate that sort of stuff. Has she said anything/done anything else that may seem like she's not interested?

hang in there! growing back eyebrows is very slow going. a few years back i had mine pencil-thin (overplucked back in high school) and i decided come hell or high water i was going to grow them back in. i kinda did it in stages, letting a only bit grow back at a time so it wouldn't look messy. it worked but took several months. the wait is very much worth it, trust me!
What if it's the other way around in a relationship? Do you think it changes anything?

There's always a little bit of everything, but that is nowhere near common.
An inexperienced guy doesn't last long, and inexperienced guys have this idea on their head that once they're done, it's done (blame porn or whatever). And you have to explain to them how to go down on you because they think just licking on that general area is enough. It's a bore. Kinda like banging a female virgin, but whereas society tells you a female virgin is valuable, society tells you a male virgin isn't a MAN. So not a whole lot of reasons to be interested in someone *because* he is a virgin.
A less experienced man than you? I think as long as he knows the basics is enough. If you are talking about a less experienced boyfriend I assume teaching him can be a d'awwww experience but personally I prefer someone who knows what he's doing from the start.

There has to be a video tutorial or something for this somewhere because the only other way guys can learn how to do this otherwise is find a woman or man that is open to sharing what they want and guiding the other partner instead of laying there like a fish with no feedback until we fumble into the correct motion.

I'm pretty sure my friend has talked about watching sex tutorial videos before.. I imagine different things feel good for different women, which probably doesn't help much. Don't use porn as a guide though!!! If you aren't sure there is no harm in asking. It won't make you look dumb I swear. Especially because both titplay and oral on women are severely underused. But it definitely helps being more creative.
There are tutorial videos out there, and you always need some time to get to know what the other person likes. You aren't going to be an expert at first, but everyone can understand that. If you do start a relationship what better way to improve than practicing over and over.
