Kind of random, but the random thread reminded me that I wanted to share this trick with you ladies.

If any of you are having problems with your eyelashes falling out, either by the bunch or just super easily when you wash your face, I have a tip that my aunt shared with me when she visited recently.

Wash your eyelids/lashes with baby shampoo before bed.


Using mascara, eyeshadow, curling your eyelashes, etc., eventually takes its toll and there's also a very common bacteria that causes them to fall out, but washing them with baby shampoo kills that bacteria and strengthens the base. Since trying this I've definitely had way less shedding, quicker growth, and more have grown back. I recommend it!

Let me just be ask since I don't like being clueless. I've posted about how to deal with my little sister here before because I generally have no clue about what I should be doing. I'm essentially not on speaking terms with that side of my family, just her - and there's pretty significant age gap between us. Despite that, we've become really close due just to going through a bunch of bullshit together over short time frames.

I'm around a lot of women, sure, but I don't like bringing women around my sister because I'm just that kind of paranoid. I don't have a hard time finding a male perspective because of where I work. If I really feel like I have a need for an anonymous female perspective, I ask or lurk here. That's in-bounds, right?

Well, we did have that ask ladyGAF thread, but that seems to keep dying every time it's revived. I don't really mind if someone comes here on occasion, but it would be a problem if we were constantly flooded by it and couldn't have our own conversations.
