People have already brought up Wasteland 3 (this one is legit fucking hilarious and has X-com style gameplay) and Yakuza: Like A Dragon (playing through this now, and it's great).

Also, the South Park games. I've only played Stick of Truth, but it was one of the funniest games I've ever played. I've heard Fractured but Whole has better combat, but is a slight step down in the comedy department.

Bowsers Inside Story and they aren’t RPGs but the old Lucasarts adventure games are often funny.

I think FBW is actually just as funny but it refers more to later seasons and a broader swathe of the show that maybe people playing SoT didn’t watch.
