Gah! Nailed it. My account was synced but not really signed on. Thanks!Hmm, search should yield results. When I search in Google Music app it will show results at the top of songs/artists in my library (if any), and below them all the rest that are in the All Access catalog. It almost sounds like it's not recognizing your subscription as active. Can you start a radio station from your songs and all that kind of stuff?
Phone, yes. Tablet, oh, that explains the 15 gigs, heh. But the phone usage is still absurd. It's like 500 MB daily.Does everyone monitoring their data turn off all the caching in background features and such in the settings? Even when I do that, the app uses a TON of data (compared to the 2 GB allocated to me on family pool of data).
is there anymore clarification about the $7.99 pricing? I see it still being advertised on websites even though I thought they said it was only for the first month.
do we keep the $7.99 pricing even if we cancel and then sign back up later?
edit: well the $7.99 is until June 30th. Still I remember a Google rep telling someone in here that you could cancel and sign back up @ $7.99... I was wondering if that was a miscommunication or still true??
So...where's that iOS app?

Not out yet. GMusic had support for All Access, then Google changed something behind the scenes at the end of May, and the GMusic update was finally approved by Apple a few days ago so it started working again. Google changed something else last night that broke it. I'm guessing that Google isn't okay with GMusic using All Access.
You can access your own library, but any All Access albums you've added don't currently work.
I would have hoped the iOS app would be out in time for the trial/promo offer period so one could try it out in full capacity. I hope they extend it if the app won't be out in time.
Yeah I'm still waiting. What happened to a few weeks?So...where's that iOS app?
This is just for streaming, not downloads, right?
What do you mean?
If you are asking if you could download the song(or playlist) onto your device, yes, you can. Google calls it 'pinning' though.
Yeah, like if I wanted to use it on an iPod/burn the album on disc or something. Either way it's a great deal, I'm just curious how much freedom I have.
The download thing is more for offline use. For when you aren't connected to the internet or don't want to waste data.
I'm kind of bored with my iphone 4s, so I'm gonna buy a cheap 75$ Galaxy Nexus so I can use this as well...
Dumb idea?
Nope. The Glaxay Nexus is a great device, just not the best battery. Though there are worse androids.
Yeah I mean I've been using fewer and fewer apps lately. Most I use are google apps. Plus I'd like LTE...
Doesn't sound right. I hit the radio button for the first time today and it brought up all new songs.I love this service, but can I play a radio only with songs in my library, like Instant Mix before I got All Access?

Is there a way I can get my podcasts off the main screens? I can't stand how every music app on android has to incorporate them all the time cluttering up everything when I just want my music app to be music.
Does anyone know if this lets you scrobble to last.fm? I may give it a shot if it does -- that'd be the only way I'd consider leaving Rdio.
What is the maximum quality of this streaming? Spotify can go up to 320 kbps mp3 for most of its tracks.
