Yeah, I got the java thing two or three times yesterday. I wasn't sure if it was off GAF or another tab, but evidently it was here.

I had pop-ups actually appear a few days ago and tried to find this thread (and failed). Lately though Firefox is blocking them. If I get any again I'll unblock them just to see what they are...

me too, I just got a pop-up ad "flirt-fuck" with a naked lady with huge breasts...wouldn't mind if I'm home alone, but now is not the right time
And now Firefox is preventing "this page from automatically redericting to another page" every minute! I'm scared to look where it wants to redirect me.

Pretty certain, yes. It only happens on GAF and I'm not the only one seeing redirections.
What makes you think it's something on my end?
Yeah I get something like that too. Then there was something like sexypumas.net. Leaving GAF open and then coming back to that... Well at least I don't live with children so it's not a huge problem.
It'll be sorted one way or another, either on their end or by pulling the ads. Not acceptable.

Just got a message from my virus protection saying that it blocked content on Neogaf because it was harmful content I think it was the same banner ad that has been giving people pops ups and attempting to give them viruses.

Didn't get any pop-ups or annoying ads over the weekend so I started to think that the problem had been solved. Then I got to work this morning, opened GAF in one tab, switched to another tab and minimized my browser while I checked e-mails. Opened my browser again a few minutes later to find that my GAF tab had been replace with some "sexy cougars".
Just do something about this already, please? You're hosting ads that redirect users to porn sites. Not cool.

These new adverts are odd though, seem to pop up in waves.
