He told me that the firm has a moto that employees learn in training, based around the word ACTION. And it reads:

Customer Satisfaction
Teamwork
Integrity
Ownership
Now!

Which I think it the funniest thing I heard this year.

Exactly I've been to quite a few companies on tours and just working over the years that have similar acronyms for their organizations.
