Regarding bingo, I ran some simulations on it trying to see how good it is on average (and what strategy is best). Here's some statistics:
Chance of bingo: ~18%
Chance of 1st bingo: ~10% at 10-person table, ~7% at 20-person table
Chance of super bingo: about 1 in 2500
Expected gain (per game): ~7k at 10-person table, ~40k at 20-person table
* Note that a significant amount of this comes from that slim chance at a super bingo, so it is highly variable. Without taking it into account, the expected gain is only around 10k at the 20-person table, a mere 10% of the starting bet.
* Another note: The chance of 1st bingo and expected gains would be higher if the room isn't full. I'm not sure if that's possible, does the game force the room to be full before starting?
Best strategy I could find is getting the bonus ball as soon as you're one away. Delaying to the last ball to reduce chance of a duplicate number is worse because someone else can get bingo before you, lowering your win amount anyway.
Anecdotally, I started doing 20-person bingo after reaching 1m medals (poker to 50k, 10-person bingo to 1m), dropping down to 10-person when I got below that threshhold. That happened a few times but I'm up to 6m now (and was in the 7m range yesterday). It is statistically worthwhile to do the 20-person bingo to get your medals, you just have to be patient and wary about not blowing all your medals at 20-person, because if you have to go back to poker to get your medals back you might end up wasting too much time.
