Grand Theft Auto San Andreas - Definitive Edition is coming to Game Pass on day 1

I can't even remember if I completed SA. I think Vice City was my favourite, but GTA3 will always have a special place in my heart because it really blew me away at the time.
Still, if SA is your fave, then you've saved yourself plenty of cash.

Nice! I already have VC on Vita and the only other one I wanted to play was SA never liked III at all

Im happy about this. I'll get to see if the upgrade is worth a crap to purchase the entire trilogy since Vice City is the one I care about.

It's the best GTA game easily. GTA 3 gives serious nostalgia, true, but it ain't San Andreas. Vice City, I'll always have super found memories of especially due to the amazing music. San Andreas is the GOAT of the GTA franchise.

GTA 3 was the game that changed the game for the GTA franchise forever, so it's also a very special game in that regard. But everything it did well, GTA: San Andreas would later do even better and take to the next level.

Well, aside from gamers flapping their cunt lips about the remastered trilogy it looks great. Can't wait to play.

Splitting up a package like this across different subs is a new precedent. I mean I'll take San Andreas but still

Quite content to OWN all 3 of them in 1 package than you very much. I'm baffled at how this is huge though? Getting the 3rd best GTA game on Gamepass, a game that is from the PS2 era, is a massive get? OK! I must be missing something but I am the person who doesn't "get" Gamepass so fuck would I know???

The games will run at 60fps on PS5/series x. There doesn't need to be a PS5 version for that.
No there has to be a 60 FPS version for the game to run at 60 FPS which would make it the PS5 version. Sony games are split so either PS4 version has the updated graphics and 60 FPS so PSNow has it or PS5 version is 60 FPS with higher graphical settings and that won't be on PSNow.

There isn't. God of war runs at 60fps on PS5 and it's not a PS5 version of the game.

What's not to get? If you sub to the service, getting additional games is a good thing because you can play them and the price remains the same. So more games added = good.

Also it's a remaster (albeit a lazy one), not the PS2 version which would be indeed less exciting.

It's ready to install and we've seen absolutely nothing of it. Rockstar are giving away 3 and San Andreas on different platforms on launch. This is going to be a dogshit release, guaranteed.

Edit: And it's 280mb. I can smell the dosghit release from here.

Edit 2: So I've just noticed the trailer, it's barely an upgrade.

Easily the best of the 3. Huge expansive map with multiple big cities and awesome RPG like progression system where you can eat, workout, and learn new fighting techniques. Great story and Samuel L Jackson. Nice work MS.

Can you buy them individualy? Because if u cant having just one of the games is not the best thing.

This gen is really competitive, tit for tat on multiple scales.

280mb isn't the actual install size.

the proper pre load download will be later.

There's a large contingent of people out there who'll still staunchly hold up Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas as the best GTA game, and it's not hard to see why. Of course, those who haven't played the game (or those who have and want to jump back in) will soon have the chance to do so when the remastered GTA trilogy launches, and so, as we get closer to its release, here, we're going to go over a few interesting tidbits about GTA: San Andreas.
