Ok.
I agree with this post.
But I'm still excited for GTAV

Sure, it would be weird picking up gigolos and relationships with guys, but they need something to change the narrative.
And if the game is set in Hollywood (Vinewood), they should give the player diverse locals to traverse.

It was awesome, I think it's Three Leaf Clover.flyinpiranha said:That was such an awesome mission. More of that!
In order to execute the Heat scene properly, the base game mechanics have to be just right. That includes having very loud and deafening gunfire sound.D4Danger said:Nobody has done the action scenes from HEAT justice yet
The bank robbery in GTA:IV was very disappointing. The actual heist is a cut scene and the rest is just some linear shoot-outs.

That's the point of the franchise.

pirata said:It would be cool if they set it in the former Soviet Union very soon after its collapse. I bet there would be all sorts of shady Russian gangster stuff to do and all sorts of scuzzy people (including former communist party bigwigs) to meet. But I don't really know a heck of a lot about that time period, so maybe it's a bad idea.
EDIT: But the logo contains the American dollar font, so it will surely take place in the US.

This would be my dream setting for GTA, 90s Moscow. It was more Wild West than the actual Wild West ever was. Complete anarchy. The government and incoming Western corporations were so busy picking the bones of the Soviet Union that the average person could do just about whatever the hell they wanted.pirata said:It would be cool if they set it in the former Soviet Union very soon after its collapse. Far less eloquent version of 'to skewer and comment on American culture from an outsider's perspective'.Amir0x said:The point of the franchise is not "be in the USA."

mattiewheels said:I never understood people who had an intense dislike for IV that also thought RDR was amazing. They feel so similar, RDR is definitely streamlined and such, but the missions are so repetitive, one of those big problems with IV. The atmosphere blows me away though, maybe that's 80% of it for most people.

Also, I hope a kind mod will restore you to full member status at some point. Your infraction was minor.

I can't see them giving you a white main character who has options to get tatted up and all that stuff.mysticwhip said:I hope the main character is black
