steam launcher crashes every time whhhhyy

the game launcher itself crashes for me. no special characters in my windows account from what I can tell

check your actual steam client to see if there's a bar going under Downloads

if you're in latin america you can get it from brazil for $32ish, which is what I did

I can confirm there is no region lock. I bought from Nuuvem. I'm playing in English. I live in Canada. FTW!!!! it's looks AMAZING on my GTX 980 with Nvidia 3DVision. See you in 10 hours neogaf.

Main game installation had 20 minutes left, then the download speed dipped.

Paused the download and restarted.

File size went from 59.8 GB to 1.5GB and now nothing is installing and the download is stopped...

I've had a problem with the launcher being stuck on "Loading.." for five days now. At this point I don't trust Rockstar to fix anything.
