How so? It doesn't look nearly two whole decades more sophisticated systems-wise than Grand Theft Auto IV, which already was a truly immersive open-world simulation. Most of the advancements have come from the way the game is rendered -- so beautifully, if I may say so myself.Hoping this is true, but the trailer looks to be CPU-heavy so I would not count on it.

Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced was GPU-bound on PS5, while doing multiple RT effects on a remaster of a remaster done by their B team of developers, meaning that the code wouldn't be as optimized as with a title built with the current generation in mind on a bespoke, cutting-edge build of their engine.
Remember, we're talking about Rockstar here, not those fucking pieces of garbage at CD Projekt RED. They got the best looking game last generation running at a true 4K resolution at the most rock-solid framerate that those useless Jaguar CPUs could allow -- now that is a CPU bottleneck.
Detective Seeds.
Come on now, 15?I'm sure the 15 people who own a PS5 Pro will be pleased!
If they hit 60 on ps5 the PS6 remaster will support 120hz with VRR support incase of dips. They could have a 60fps mode but then it would be one less bullet point for the next gen remaster double/triple/quadruple dip.
The same Rockstar that puts the entire industry to shame with every new release. CDPR on the other hand, only put themselves to shame with their latest title -- one which perhaps should've used some headroom from that "most CPU optimized engine" into having anything resembling proper car physics or even an AI at least on par with that of GTA: San Andreas.Same Rockstar that released games that performed like garbage on PS2 and PS3/X360? 20-30fps? RDR2 on PS4 Pro/PS5 still looks like shit thanks to fucked up resolution.
CDPR created on of the most CPU optimized engines with Cyberpunk that can scale with number of cores (unlike most other games that are hammering the single thread).

So just reduce the NPCs in the 60fps mode. Not like other games haven't done that already.Nah i dont see 60 fps happen. Not with this many npcs on the screen.
Npcs are only one part of Gta 6, there is much more simulated and calculated in the background. So just reduce the NPCs in the 60fps mode. Not like other games haven't done that already.
Yeah but how do we know they can't run at 60fps? What have we seen simulated that prevents it? Not saying it will be 60fps but I've not seen anything special that can't just be scaled down for the mode. Hair? Disable it like AC:shadows for that mode. They could probably do a 60fps mode if they really wanted to. I'm fine with 30fps regardless, especially if 60 means lowered settings.Npcs are only one part of Gta 6, there is much more simulated and calculated in the background.
It will be better than pc gamers.it will be underwhelming if it will be 60fps
But the Clowns from Digital Clownry said this is impossible.Sure, why not?

Go back and have a look at what it looks like and what's happening. The only thing that even comes close is Red Dead Redemption 2 and it doesn't even have to simulate half of it.Yeah but how do we know they can't run at 60fps? I've seen it already countless times. It looks great but looks are mostly GPU. I'm not seeing anything specifically limited by CPU to be honest. Let's see what happens come release date.Go back and have a look at what it looks like and what's happening. Simply placing hair or shadows on low will not help. The Cpu is simply too weak for that. But I also have nothing against 30 fps 60 would be nice but is more of a pipe dream.
The game has been in development for how long? What tf specs are they targeting. All settings low
