Hod never even bother to look at YB garrison.
YB basically capped all of our stuff in EB while HoD was sieging our keep. Then HoD kept defending our stuff until Bannok logged in and everyone flocked to EB to help.
Basically every server hates SBI.
Hey guys, I haven't played GW2 for a while and just recently booted it up. It seems as though my performance has dratically decreased! Where I would usually have 45 FPS I'm stuck at 35 FPS now. Has there been some kind of graphical upgrade that I'm not aware of?
It is pretty obscure for anyone who hasn't played Nightfall, and that is a decent number of people. (I know that's a Garrison in Kourna)I posted this in the Take an absurdly obscure screenshot of a game - try to guess what game it's from. thread:
And nobody got it.

EDIT: Also, I noticed in the 3rd photo that we're looking at each other thinking "Surrounded by a bunch of puny humans again."
Yeah I'm busy playing through Nighfall now, and hoping I'm almost done because while I love how most of it looks, it's boring as all heck.
I think the next time we do a group photo, I'm going to find a location with stairs, so the Charr can stand in the back, then sitting Norn, then humans/Sylvari, then Asura.
Taking group pics when I'm not available for missions? Now that's just mean Mik.
Ten years ago - May 10th, 2004 - ArenaNet invited the world to join the Guild Wars "E3 for Everyone" Event. Held in conjunction with the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), the event received a massive response. Gamers worldwide created more than 200,000 accounts to play the demo during its five-day run. The unprecedented experience allowed folks at home to play the Guild Wars demo with and against people on the E3 show floor. More than a dozen on-floor demo computers tied directly into the game server as the E3 gaming experience was shared with gamers around the world.
Here are a few of my screenshots from that event. It's hard to believe we first played Guild Wars ten years ago!
If anything, your framerate should be better - they've made a lot of optimizations both client side and server side. But it depends on when you last played - was it before the removal of culling? In which case, you might want to turn on Effects LOD in Graphics Options, and turn Model Quality Limit down.
Culling? Don't know what that is...
Also another question about dungeons. Me and my girl play GW2 together. Are there any dungeons made for two players? If so, which ones?

I guess the proof will always be in the pudding. It's 9 years after release, and here I am playing GW1 on a Saturday afternoon and rather enjoying it, issues aside.
And it's rather busy too! Kamadan has three American districts going, 1 and 2 are totally full
Good games will be good games, no matter what people on forums say
How far are you through NF, Miktar?

Explains how they beat FA at least. Can't even muster up a BL defense atm.
Saw a "Failed the Tournament [SBI]" group earlier. I had more fun than I should in murdering them, squating their corpse and playing with my new drum. They can double team, and act cute all they want, but most of their players are still shitty.
I kinda like that one.

Hold the phone guys. It looks like Miktar is running Berserker.
Yeah but the majority of our forces tend to be lured by victories. It'll be the same for those servers and how they'll exodus after they hit the higher tiers but for now we're the ones that have to sit through the agony because even halfway dedicated but not quite hardcore players aren't showing.
It's a break week for me as well since there's no point getting all worked up over a game. It's also kind of futile with the people we have online compared to both server blobs on us when I play at roughly 2-3 in the morning server time. Both sides were easily fielding 40+ against us last night in EB and HoD even put up two sets of orange swords at the same time in YB garrison before failing and coming to wipe us trying to take Overlook back.
I am ready for #bronzeleague.
Excellent missions as usual despite the Megaserver shenanigans and riding on the heels of another guild's puzzle. Makeups are tomorrow at 3pm Eastern / 12 Pacific!
What are guild puzzles/missions exactly?
Dunno about engineers. But this is why I full zerk in pve.
So uh, I can put agony resistance on non-infused gear (i.e. armor and weapons) if I use Fine level infusions right?
Or buy Versatile Simple Infusions from one of the golems inside the fractal lab for 75 Fractal Relics each. They give the same AR as Fine infusions without the tiny stat increase or insane material cost.
wow, they're going to be losing a lot of customers this month!Looks like the Mumble server took a crap again. We'll get it sorted out ASAP.

I can't make mission time today due to Mother's day festivities.
Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there in and out of GAF, we literally wouldn't exist without you!
There are several guild activities: Rush, Puzzle, Bounty and Challenge. Also Trek, but that's never done.
Rush involves being turned into an animal and having to navigate a kind of obstacle course.
Puzzle is like a dungeon (but with no real combat), where the guild needs to work together to open locked doors, solving puzzles.
Bounty involves finding and killing a specific Bounty NPC on in a zone randomly chosen.
While Challenge are varied events, like defending a fort for a time, or destroying certain things within a timeframe of each other.
They're fun: basically content designed for 40 players and up, that are all in the same guild. They're not hard, and you earn Commendations from them which can be used to buy neat things, like Ascended items.
You can read more about them here: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Guild_mission
