The worst thing they did was just shut it off. Could literally still drop it on PS+ if they wanted and let people play it. Some people bought physical copies and controllers. Just an absurd reaction honestly.
Considering it was violently rejected by gamers like explosive diarrhea, it made no sense to keep it alive like some vegetable on life support. Cost of upkeep would outweigh it's benefit, not to mention perpetually branding themselves as complete fools keeping the failure front and center around their necks. Some shit just need to be buried deep for it's stench is too great.

Yes, but they had to show some demos to the higher levels from Sony. The suits, which care only about money, should have call them out. How the fuck are these projects getting funds. If i would have been a suit i would send them back to drawing board.
