Because they have nothing to update at this point. It's in steam's hands now so it just depends on when steam pushes it out. They've done a great job of keeping everyone in the loop so far. Don't know what else you could ask for (besides the game)

They have been on twitter. Smedley has been telling us everytime there is a delay and why. At this point everyone is just waiting on steam to bring it out.
