I beaten the originals. Never thought they would ever remaster GU since it didn't do so well. Now the better question is, double, triple dip??? Its all condensed on one disc right?

while I would have preferred the first series redone with mechanics from g.u. I never got very far into GU so despite owning all 3 of them on the ps2...
I am so in on this.

as others have said though, hopefully this is just the start.

Funny enough that's exactly what they did for the DS game Xenosaga I &II. They also rewrote the Episode II story and even kept the characters in their Episode I designs.

Thank god, I own the original series but never got around to picking up the gu games before the became mad expensive.

Funimation has it streaming for sure alongside I believe all other localized .hack Anime.
Amazon has the complete DVD set for $25.

Xenosaga would have to be remade from scratch and the first thing they'd have to do is get rid of Shion. Everything else is secondary.
