It's not that I don't appreciate a good and interesting story in gaming but 95% of the time they will always exist as an excuse to facilitate action. If you care about story that much, why write such Lifetime soap level drivel and why make action games. Make a Point & Click adventure or something.

This one I can't remember exactly but I believe it was Warner Bros Montreal when they were pushing multiplayer for Batman Arkham Origins
They said something along the lines of multiplayer doesn't take away from the single player because it has separate budget..... as if an overall budget doesn't exist not to mention the time needed
