Its hardly leaked and we have know what the new chief looks like since E3. We even got a super hires image of his armor back then.

It looks like they're taking inspiration from Reach's armour. Chunky chestpiece and shoulderpads that look like they're barely attached and expose the shoulders anyway.

looks pretty poor IMO, but hopefully thats just the action figure and the proportions, specifically on the thigh and upper arm/shoulder pieces, will fit the design better.

i dont know yet, i have to see it in action. looks like they are going for a more "ninja" like look, but it still looks way too clunky for that. they should just use the spartan design from halo wars.

Shoulders and hips being exposed to shots should be a concern also as those are WIDE open.
