but it never seemed the doomguy was hitting much of anything

Yeah there was no "slow movement".. the game was played just slow. Movement looked fast.

From what I saw, Doom has no ADS. Every time he used the heavy assault rifle to aim, it went to a zoom scope, much like DMR/BR. Just saying. You don't need to copy CoD to make a game seem fun.

I never used to have any; I have New Vegas sitting on my hard drive with hardly an hour played. It combines the paradoxically suffocating freedom of the Elder Scrolls games with a post-apocalyptic setting, never a favorite of mine. But that crafting system... its siren song beckons. I am helpless.
