Halo 4 is a masterpiece, a triumph of love and devotion to the Halo universe. Its story, its music, its multiplayer- all are the culmination of a sincere and heartfelt effort from the incredible team at 343. My heart is saddened and betrayed by the flood of inane babble constantly spewing from page to page on these forums. I feel sorry for 343, who have created such a wonderful work of art, and yet are subject to selling it to the demands of ingrates who infest this place. I sincerely hope that they've lied, that they've never once even peeked at the titles of the topics in this forum, that they could care less about the petty demands of those who would sooner eat from their toilet than feast on a gourmet meal. I hope they are proud of themselves for what they've accomplished, and I wish them only to continue to care for Halo with the raw passion that they've poured on it so far. I hope they never even consider lowering the artistic perfection of Halo in favor of satiating those who prefer a soulless romp of simpleton pleasing garbage like Call of Duty and its machinated fan base. If my hopes are for nothing, and 343 has seen the driveling response from those who profess to love this series, and find their hearts sunken and scrambling for a way to appease the brain-dead cesspool on which they rely for their continued existence via revenue, I have something to say:

Know that those of us who love Halo as much as you do are grateful for what you've done. We are thankful for the masterpiece you have given us at the cost of so many late nights, heavy hearts, and weary souls who pressed on to reach the culmination of so much passion and love for this series. Probably because longtime fans have put a lot of their own heart and love in this series since they've started with it. Sometimes, it's what the game does to people beyond the game itself that means something, whether it's spending time with friends and family, or even inspiring them to accomplish something else in their life. They'll look to this game and the franchise fondly for that.

Windows 8 user here, spare me the usual bitching. How does Xbox Music work? Can you upload your own music or do you basically have to work exclusively with in-app purchases? And I'm assuming it can sync to your actual 360. Can you play music through Xbox Music and still play a game? I really don't feel like uploading all of my music to my 360 disc-by-disc.

Edit: I guess the Bishop Rifle was meant to be the Watcher's method of attack instead of the Boltshot. Could be an interesting loadout weapon with some tweaks. Headshot-capable beam weapon?

The Stasis Gun getting removed is definitely a good idea. A Gravity Volume as a weapon would be interesting and fulfill the same role as a jetpack, but the idea of slowing people down just slows down gameplay in general. Try and chase after him for an assassination into your own radius? It slows you down, too.

All of the multiplayer armor was designed by 343i as far as I know, but all of the actual assets save for the Warrior model were done by another company. I posted about it a little earlier because the company got a baller Christmas card. The guy who posted the card on reddit modeled the GUNGNIR and Defender or Enforcer armor himself.

Pretty neat stuff to be able to put on your resume.
