kylej should just make all the Halo OT's from here on out. After watching the GDC panel today Halo is fucked for real. It was funny a few months ago but these people actually think they're doing a good job with Halo. Holy shit it blows my mind.

Dax gets OT16 in keeping with the alternating serious / silly theme. Any objectors will have to 1v1 me, Gravity Gauntlet / Crossbolt starts on Chronicle, Project Halysis rules, sandbox included. Also fisticuffs.
I've been dibbsering OT17 since OT14 (maybe 13 but I doubt it) but that doesn't mean I can't outsource a few bits. Kylej, booties, and plywood all have a lot to contribute.

Damn, "can't wait to see what people do with armor abilities, adds a 4th layer to the game, do you want to be invisible, do you want to fly" etc.
It's funny and yet sad, every change they championed and were so excited to talk about and show is what their fans hated most. The DMR with bloom (no more spamming trigger), armor abilities, etc.

Reach is probably the best Halo quality wise. Hell no multiplayer wise.

I hope it's better than Bioshock 1. That game was super over-rated IMO.

This thread got me thinking. How long before we get Mountain Dew advertisements in Halo games? Wouldn't surprise me if there were in-game billboards with their ads splashed across them in H5.

It would surprise me. Despite all the selling-out that's been done so far 343 has the integrity not to cross that line. Halo wouldn't lend itself very well to making an in-universe MountainDew ad discrete in its plausibility, which is what you want.

This is quite possibly the most beautiful map I've ever seen. CE's soft pastel palette was truly awe-inspiring. It almost made them feel like something out of a dream. The day Forge can do something like this...
