A week ago, the only thing I thought was out of the ordinary was that it was my birthday...

Something like around 170-80 a night range. It's one of the pricier ones, because of it's proximity and amenities. Also their floors are softer than their beds, I've never actually slept in a bed at the Sheraton
The one I stayed at last year, Olive 8, was around 160-170 a night and it was two blocks away. Although I lucked out on getting a bed that time because they screwed up the reservation and gave us an extra one (one of those temp ones they can roll in)

The PAX East HaloGAF meetup was a lot of fun and worked out pretty well despite the Boston Convention Center's lack of convenient dinner locations.
