Oh, I wasn't making any comments about the quality of the podcast in particular, I think it sounds perfectly fine and the relative ease of getting everybody in there is probably much more attractive than minor (especially with consumer-grade mics) audio quality differences. Mumble's primarily used in situations where bandwidth is being eaten up by a game in the background anyway, so latency in that situation is all relative and probably not comparable to your recording situation.

Yea I know you weren't speaking specifically to HaloGAF Radio I was just using my show as a counter point. I think Skype works great if everyone has a decent mic.

Seems to me like the best design choices come from bugs rather than the designers.

I wonder at what point it happened. Colossus would have been significantly different with fall damage.

Most importantly, I want to leave a crater beneath me when I land a from tall heights. Aren't Spartans in their suits supposed to weigh tons?

I think stun is much more of a fitting penalty than damage.

Yeah. I was going to say that I like fall damage. But at the same time, having fall damage and gravity lifts in the game probably doesn't make a lot of sense. But I'm sure the map designers can make grav lifts that account for the inclusion of fall damage, so it won't kill you.

It just occured me that on a personal level, no longer can Halo 'win' E3 by just showing up.

All these companies are stepping up, 343 needs to bring its A game at E3, fortunetly, it has the talent to do so.

With a lot less Halo being played these days and b.net stopping render to video, we decided it was time to put our accumulate clips together for something fun, and probably the last montage we will make until Halo 4 launch week.
