The campaign demo @E3 was being played on Normal, correct? Now imagine fighting them on Legendary... We're So Fuk'd.
Their Offensive and Defensive tactics are insane. I'm gonna be raging seeing them strafe and teleport. Promethean Weapons = Dong Rays of Doom.
This also leaves me to believe if power-ups are strictly MP only.

Sane people never... ever... play alone.
I'll play matchmaking with a party of GAFers any time. I don't like to play against GAFers, because getting pooped on by Ram is not as fun as it sounds. And solo Reach is unbearable.
But I'll seldom decline an invite, and often try to join parties. But as I said, few are ever on. Right now two people of my 87 friends are on Reach.
I keep having to learn that lesson again. I tried BTB - once - last week. And TO today. Before that, I think it was a month or two since my last reminder. :lol
I don't really have that much fun in Reach at this point, H4 really needs to get here.
As for H4 difficulty on Legendary, H2 legendary equivalent please.

Serious question. How many HaloGAFfers could stop playing Halo right now all the way up until Halo 4? No campaign, no ff, no mp, no forge. Nothin at all.

Quite a few? Krow and Xand just hit Inheritor. Bobs and Elzar among others have been playing Halo 3 for the last while.
I could. Just not that interested in playing Reach anymore, though I'll get on if my friends want to team up or something.

Going on 4 weeks now, for a guys who's played about 20,000 Halo MP games since Halo 2, it's kind of crazy. But it feels good to be Reachless for a little while.
Will probably go without Halo until the end of the month, then will buckle and start playing the campaigns/getting my aim back in prep for H4, just have been playing lots and lots of SC2 trying to get good at that, hopped on WoW a little bit and got horrendously bored, and have just been getting in as many hours at work as possible.

Playing alone or playing with GAFers doesn't make a lick of difference. Not for me! I tried rolling with Elzra, Bregmann, and others for a game of Reach, but I couldn't stand it for a single game. Quit out during a match on Tempest.
I, too, am always up for playing with GAFers, but I can't stand Reach, and it seems most people here can't stand the netcode for Halo 3 anymore.
Edit: That, or I usually get on when nobody can play.
