One of my least favorite attributes of the lock. I think that if it locks you in physical space in the literal sense there is no way in hell you should be able to freely rotate the camera as if it's a third person action game all of the sudden.Spasm said:Because he's probably rotated his 3rd person view to face you while in AL. The fact that your player model instantly rotates to this fixed view to negate the back-slap is just flagrantly offensive, considering your senstivity speed would have to be set way past "insane" for that to ever happen in such a short timeframe, let alone under manual control.
Technically you could use this to peek around corners as well, run up to an intersection, throw down AL and rotate your camera 90' and see who is posted up down range... lame.
