I don't get seasonal allergies all that bad usually, so I'm not even sure if this is for sure what it is, but everyday when I wake up I'm sneezing and congested like fucking crazy. Has been that way since like May. A couple people told me their allergies have been really bad this year.

Eyes have been itching like crazy too on certain days.

Allergy meds absolutely crush me. Whenever I take Zyrtec, it basically makes me a zombie for the next 24 hours. Makes me drowsy as hell and crazy brain fog. Benadryl is even worse and Claritin has never worked for me.

I had to get an inhaler for the first time in 20+ years due to my allergies earlier this year. I usually have issues in the spring and fall but this year was especially bad.

netty pots and flonase has been magical for me, you should try it out. it's been like my cure for allergies, which have been really bad my whole life. my dad the same way, but his are even worse and he takes a claritin on top of it. try netty pots for a few days (do one a day) then get in the flonase dude, it's been a miracle for me. good luck. also, goes without saying but try to blow your nose if you catch yourself sniffing a lot. snorking all that shit up there is going to make everything worse over time. oh and change your ac filter, dust your home once a week and try out non scented laundry detergent, that was a big irritating for my dad
