Have you ever felt guilty about beating off

What time is it?

I felt guilty about not doing it. A couple weeks ago I was working from home, my wife brought in my lunch and asked if I was working or jerking off. I said I had nothing to cum on so I was working.

She took off her underwear and told me I could cum on that then left. It was hot as fuck.

But then I got busy and didn't get time and later when she came in again and asked if I had used them I told her no and she called me a fag.

The end

Once I mansplained that We are biologically different than them in that regard, all past girlfriends understood, even felt a little sorry for us and our constant beatting off needs.

Yes. I haven't masturbated or looked at porn in many years. I believe it's a serious sin and offends God, so I stopped, by the grace of God. I learned to go to war with my own thoughts and to stop mentally consenting to lust. It's one thing to have an unwilled spontaneous sexually inappropriate thought about a woman. This is not even morally wrong. It becomes morally wrong once you are consciously aware of it and give consent to it, in a free act of will to continue the fantasy. Then you become a willing participant in the sin of sexual lust. Or as Christ called it, "adultery in your heart." Sin always comes from an act of will, not merely from uninvited random thoughts that pop into your head. If I do find myself getting bombarded by unwanted sexual thoughts, I say a prayer to Christ or Mary to protect my mind and soul and resolve that "I do not consent" to them. This has become easier over the years. I am a married man with children and so I do make love to my wife regularly (not as regularly as I might like sometimes!).

I also make efforts to avoid the occasion of serious visual temptations for me. I avoid movies with female nudity, for example. I have become accustomed to diverting my eyes from very sexually enticing imagery for me. Sometimes, for example, if I see an attractive woman, I limit how much I look at her, especially if she is dressed immodestly. I have taught my children to divert their eyes from sexually immodest imagery as well. If, say, we are walking through the mall past a 15 foot Victoria Secret model poster with cleavage popping out of her bra, I only have to say "Thomas", and they know to divert their eyes downward until I give the all-clear. This habit of diverting eyes is recommended by the great Saint Alphonsus Liguori, who would remove his glasses on occasions as I've mentioned. I say "Thomas" in honor of the great saint Thomas Aquinas who was a model of chastity and virtue. The saints tell us that the greater number of the eternally damned are those who fell into mortal sexual sin, especially among the young. This isn't a game to me.

Seems immoral to shame your own children for nature. But that’s religion for you.

Phew. Just as well God doesn't exist, eh?

....mind you, if he did, I'd probably just beat off in front of him anyway.

Masturbating over angry deities is TIGHT.

If you feel guilt and have to try to to hide the fact that you jack off sometimes, your relationship just isn't that good. Do your best to improve the honesty and communication with your girl.

And also incredibly healthy. Analysis after analysis has stated for many years that masturbation is incredibly good for you. The only people who don't think so are those indoctrinated into believing the words of a book written 2000 years ago. I don't recommend that for a healthy lifestyle.
