It's not creepy, but he should ask. Crime shows really did more harm than good huh? Law & order against men, and CSI with the courts.

I'm just curious when celebrity children became off limits? Paparazzi's have been doing this shit since I was a kid. In general Paparazzis are creeps and idiots I'm just curious why she choose him over others more than anything.

This has nothing to do with race, and everything to do with him being a man. If that was a woman taking photos, she would not have gone up to her and shamed her like that.

It is creepy, He's right as well in saying it's not against the law so he can keep doing it if he wants but her expressing her annoyance with what he is doing is no big deal. What annoys me more than anything is when any situation that involves a black person, or any other minority, gets addressed it instantly becomes a race issue oftentimes.
 
If whatever your doing is completely legal, and some random woman walk up to you and tell you to stop. Don't freaking stop, that man does the right thing to double down on it, if you don't protect your own right, who would? I am tire of getting less and less freedom because of someone's feeling with no science backing it up.

Most child abuse and kidnapping are done by family member, scientifically speaking Hiliary Duff pose more danger to her own child than a random black man with a camera.

Of course, since neither law or common sense is on her side, she has to rely on her mobs to harass the guy.

Yeah. I'm an amateur/hobbyist photographer and want to side with the dude in general. He likely wasn't there for any nefarious reason and just wanted to test out his gear and get in some practice shooting sports. Then again, if I were him, I would have found a game of grown adults to do that. Would just feel weird photographing a game of small children if you didn't know anyone there.
 
The gap in responses in this topic is interesting. Some people threatening outright violence, others just don't gaf.
I'm personally angry that we live in a society that feels we need to have an unspoken rule that you can't just take photos of whatever you want.

People should be mindful of others. Lots parents out there that don't allow social media postings with their kids. Schools here request pics not have other children's faces in them.
 
It's one of those situations where everyone is wrong, really wrong, or stupendously wrong, and all the wrongness is kind of coalescing on itself to the point where you don't want to touch it with a ten foot pole.
 
Why does it matter what his race is? I surely wouldn't want any random person taking pictures of my children. Would not matter their race or gender.

. You kind of have to have some common sense before you do something like this. First let me ask why take pictures of little kids at a sport game? Why? Because, it's the only place he can see kids like that In public freely . Second, no you can't just go around taking pictures of people without their knowledge or approval. It may not be technically against the law brut It dose make you look like a creep and it is a creep move. Maybe this guy was just practicing photography but I have never asked myself if it would be a good Idea to take pictures of little kids randomly at the park.

And no I wouldn't have a problem with anyone taking a pic of my son.

No, but what's the harm? She has pics of her kids and toddler in swimwear on her instagram. Go watch youtube, there content creators that record in public places like malls and such. There are kids in there, you don't see people complaining. Everyone must be a creep then.

I mean i get why one might get upset if someone takes pictures of children, especially your own. However the dude didn't seem to have any malicious intentions but still should have asked for permission. What gets on to me though is the fact that she just HAD to mention her 15M followers. Can people just stop this social media exposing bullshit already?
 
If he wanted to practice he should have talked to the parents before he started shooting, explained himself and offered to send photos after. The situation may have gone differently then. If they declined he should have respected their wishes and left.
