...hate me...
What if the guy is much bigger than you. Srs. You go and ask nicely? If I see you taking pictures of my young daughter without approaching me first you're getting your jaw broken. Simple as that.

first you drop and slash his anklesWhat if the guy is much bigger than you. Srs. You go and ask nicely?
Well I'm not exactly small myself. What if the guy is much bigger than you. Srs. You go and ask nicely?
Bro it's an open field playing sports...??? Am i missing a reason why he should ask permission? In all honestly what is he going to do with those photos that would upset you as a parent (if you are one)?
I guess I'm just too busy to care about that garbage. If he's talking shit, harassing or following my kids we have a problem.
No you wouldn't. You wouldn't rock jail time to protect your daughter from getting her picture taken. Most likely, you would either leave or throw a Duff-esque bitch fit.I was thinking more of a situation where a guy just started taking pictures of my daughter by herself.
In that scenario I'd just beat someone's ass.
Would the situation be any different if it were say Beyonce calling out a middle aged single white guy taking photos of her kids at a park?
This is a difficult one, both parts have their reasons.
Yeah but as you can read in this very topic, some people doesn't like other people taking photos of their children, i don't have children and i have the same paternal instincts of a hyena so i can't understand how these people feel.I don't think there's anything complicated about this at all. Your self-entitlements don't restrict the rights of others.
The real question: Would it be any different if it were Hugh Jackman calling out a middle-aged woman taking photos of his kids at the park?
Or would no one find it creepy for an adult woman to be taking photos of kids?

But yeah she act like a bitch in this video.
Is Hilary a racist? I do not know.
Does Hilary like to get in positions when she can be labelled as one? FUCK YES.

good, people shouldnt let twitter idiots dictate their lives.
"social media freaks out" has to be one of the least important things imaginable.
I think I know myself and my history better than you.No you wouldn't. You wouldn't rock jail time to protect your daughter from getting her picture taken. Most likely, you would either leave or throw a Duff-esque bitch fit.
probably to deter the "racist white lady" trope she would def be accused of being if not for the existence of the video. i mean she already is being accused of it, but imagine 1000x fold. she was pretty educated up until she pulled the 15m card. Why would she make video, even before she confronted him. Smells kind of fabricated. Attention whores do this.
That's when her ex proposed to her and she was caught through the window giving head.

Jesus what communist countries do you guys live in where people get thrown in jail for a street fight?I'm sure your daughter will appreciate your trading your freedom to stand up for her honor by assaulting a stranger.
I doubt he would go to jailI'm sure your daughter will appreciate your trading your freedom to stand up for her honor by assaulting a stranger.

Breaking the jaw of someone who is explicitly taking pictures of your child without the parents or child's consent.Walking up to a stranger unprovoked (sorry, someone taking photos is not provocation) and breaking their jaw is likely going to put you in jail for a little while at least and then cost you a bunch of fines and probably tie you up in some litigation.
I don't care about legality. I don't like randos filming or taking pictures of me. My rights superscede someone elses. Sure he has the right to take photos in public, but I don't have the right to ask him/her to not photo me?
I made a thread months ago about the lack of privacy that people in today's age can expect. Someone can put you on blast at your work and film you. They could acost you on the street and post it all over the net and you have almost no recourse against it.
My neighbor started filming me on my balcony, and the cops couldn't do shit.
Sorry but I don't like being filmed/picture by strangers, and I wouldn't want my family either. Yes its legal I get it, but these laws also existed at a time when we not everyone had high end camera's and video equipment in their pockets. I don't find it fair that someones right to film me is higher than my right to privacy.
baste and turkeypilledIs Hilary a racist? I do not know.

In some internet circles, yes.We all know the truth - if it was a white guy, there would be 99.5% acceptance in telling the creep to fuck off. Since it's a black guy, you have to treat the whole thing differently and it's suddenly ok for a random stranger to be photographing children.
The idea is that if this was a white guy doing it, you wouldn't even have heard about it. It wouldn't have made any rounds online and no one would even be on the side of the weirdo taking pictures of other peoples' kids. All of this is happening because he's black. It's just the reality. In some internet circles, yes.
Frankly, I don't see why skin color has anything to do with this particular issue, but some folks are obsessed with race and interject it into everything.
Buy an ice cream cone and they accidentally give you chocolate... "RACIIi9i9swT"
I'm black myself and tired of people doing that. There are legitimate issues to be dealing with rather than these cheat hot takes.
Calling someone a creep especially when they're being a creep isn't racist.
That being said, I simply don't give a fuck either way.
This seems like just one of those common sense things.
Like I would not go to a swimming pool to practice my photography.
Or a gym.
Your right to privacy doesn't extend to people snapping pictures of you in public places.
That's the red flag for me "it's not illegal" sounds like something a predator would say in the situation to cover his ass. Many of them will say the same things when caught "I didn't do anything illegal yet" I.e. they didn't have sex with the kids so it's OK in their minds. We certainly don't have proof he is but it's a little more than supicious that a old man is taking telephoto shots of kids at a soccer game by himselfCreep is not racist, what the fuck
Also the guy was being a creep. Not only for taking pictures of strangers kids with no kid of his own there, but also how he instantly defaults to "uh well it's legal". Reminds me of those assholes who stand outside government buildings or public places to film just so the cops come and they can start shit.
He could have asked permission. You should do that any time there are kids involved. Or go somewhere with adults playing sports? I'd assume she lives in a big city. You don't need to watch little kids play soccer and take pictures of them for practice. Find a park, a rec center, there's plenty of places where grown men are shooting hoops or playing sports where you can take pictures.
There is a know rule in the film and photography world. Dont take pictures or video of someone without their permission or knowledge. It's one thing to just have people in the background of your pictures but this guy was using a hardcore telephoto lens. He knew what he was doing and taking very close and deliberate pictures of the kids which is a big no no.Ya and I am raging against that. We live in a world where everyone has a camera in their pocket. I don't think its fair that I have no right to tell someone to stop filming me or my children. Like I said I don't really care about it being "legal", I think its not right. If I ask someone to not take pics of me or my children (if I had any) that should override someones legal right to take pictures of me. I know it doesn't and I don't agree with that.
So you would be ok with ANYONE for any reason to take pictures and video of you without your knowledge?Your right to privacy doesn't extend to people snapping pictures of you in public places.
