Having been in Japan, I wouldn’t say it’s huge there. At least it doesn’t appear so. I’m sure it has its fans but Japan looked like its own thing.Uh, compared to which countries? Because, the US - specifically, the black population - is still the most influential exporter of culture in the world. Hell, even Japan is one of the largest consumers of black culture. Streetwear and rap are huge in Japan. African Americans are pretty much the cultural gods on this planet. Don’t see that changing.
I’d rather play with a katana or Japanese games than drop plates after a meal.Greece says hello.
Greeks made important contributions to philosophy, mathematics, astronomy, and medicine. Ģreeks were known for their sophisticated sculpture and architecture. Greek culture influenced the Roman Empire and many other civilization even to this day.
I would also argue made a much bigger impact in today's world.
Culture wise they are only big in the minds of dudes living in their parents basement. Tech wise, my guess is their work ethic. Don't they work insanely hard there? To the point of it being super unhealthy. But hard work pays off.
And you shouldn't underestimate the size of Japan. Germany is the biggest country in Europe with 80 million people, Japan has 120 million.
Streetwear is the main style of dress in Japan. Companies like Human Made, Neighborhood, Undercover, Cav Empt, BAPE and others are among its most popular clothing brands. I’m just saying that much of what Japan exports, with the exception of anime and video games, is heavily influenced by African American street culture.Having been in Japan, I wouldn’t say it’s huge there. Found your video
lol ...you are funny if you think thats we are best known for, that’s like saying hamburgers suck because they have no cheese......oh yeah that’s right they do.Yo that looks fun. Again more fun that smashing plates on your own head shouting malaka.
Strong free markets and capitalism similar to other western countries and a great culture. It's pretty simple.
and look where that got them
The biggest clothing brands by revenue are Uniqlo and G.U. BAPE, which was inspired by American culture in general, failed and has been sold to the Chinese now. All the others appear to be quite niche especially Cav Empt which was co-created by a British. BAPE, Human Made and Cav Empt all have the same designer, btw. There’s barely any information on them as well. Comme Des Garçons, Avail and Shinamura, United Arrows, all the brands under Adastria - all are bigger.Streetwear is the main style of dress in Japan. *Laughs in American*
German porn is a weird one.
Everybody who has been to a bigger german city can attest there are many classy beautiful ladies here, yet in german porn you usually only see vile looking grannies shitting on each others heads.
I don't have any idea how this happened.
Yeah but their cars are so boring. You're spending 30-35k on a boring car.
Hasnt lead in technology are you sure about thatJapan hasn't lead in technology for a couple decades now.
We're still living off the nostalgia of 1980/1990s Japan when the dominated electronics and videogames.
And I'd take a BMW over any Japanese car today. They had a heydey in the 90s with a plethora of sports cars but now they only care about making boring ass commuter cars.
Export? We’re talking about what’s popular within Japan here. Also, Fetwell and Sk8thing co-founded Cav Empt, both of whom worked for BAPE. Sk8thing was also a designer for Human Made and Undercover. In any case, the numbers show that, in Japan, streetwear are niche products.Nigo, the mind behind BAPE and Human Made, didn’t found Cav Empt. Not sure I’d describe Avail as bigger than any of those brands. It certainly isn’t carried by the major high end boutiques in America, while the others I mentioned are. Seems to be popular in Japan, but hardly an export on the level of a BAPE or Human Made or Underground. Though it was founded well before streetwear took hold of contemporary fashion, Comme also does plenty of collaborations with streetwear brands, making it apparent that it recognizes the direction in which the market’s trended and still heads. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that just about all of the fashion world, regardless of where it’s bring exported from, is taking cues from American street culture. From Gucci to Stone Island, Nike to Visvim, American hiphop and the street culture it birthed is clearly running through the veins of these brands at a rate no other subculture is. So, I just found it amusing how the OP was framed as if Japan’s exports are original and not sourced from elsewhere.
The women starring in themwho doesn't love JAV?
German Allysa Milano and German Alicia Silverstone? And don't forget our best export:
One more hint:German Allysa Milano and German Alicia Silverstone?

Dirndls are fucking amazingOne more hint:

Every woman looks great in a Dirndl.Dirndls are fucking amazing
But they had nintendo while China only has general tsos chicken and Mongolian beef which is a rap beef that transcends the ages.Because they were basically like a US colony for a while and then went from there. Eventually they were getting to big for their britches.
Japan was the China of the late 80's early 90's.
They also dont give two shits of woke.Japanese people are high IQ, industrious, efficient, and creative... and Japan is full of Japanese people.
