Not in the least surprising considering how successful the first one was. Desperately needs to be more polarised in terms of, well, everything really.
Once you leave Hogwarts levelling soon becomes meaningless, attainable gear is much of a muchness, and the difficulty is more or less static for the rest of the game. At no point do you ever feel like you need to come back and tackle something later when you're stronger. Every chest contains a piece of clothing inevitably less useful than the one you have, no matter how exotically placed or difficult to reach it is. Getting an inexhaustible supply of upgrade materials of every kind is not particularly challenging or time-consuming. I really did enjoy the game for what it did right (which was a lot) but I just wish the RPG aspects were a little more oriented towards risk/reward.
Oh yeah and put fucking Quidditch in it.
