Saudi Arabia is terrible country...fundamentalist, barbaric, flatulent, fat asses ruling the roost...one of the worst places on Earth

Why is it more barbaric than lethal injection or the electric chair?
Because people think since lethal injection is easy on the eyes of on-lookers and as the victim seemingly goes to sleep as he dies, it must be sane. I doubt it's anything but calm for the victim as his heart goes into a cardiac arrest.

That youtube video of the beheader guy.

Look at them sitting there in their fancy clothes, talking about this shit like it's the most normal thing in the world.

Animals and barbarians is what they are.

(same goes for the chair and injection btw)

In this day and age is anyone really ignorant to the fact if you do a crime in a of all places Saudi Arabia that the justice their will be swift? I think not.

Also in Indonesia she would have either been canned or stoned to death so a swift death many might see as better...for the lack of better words.

Are you under the illusion that Indonesians or most of us Indonesians would actually stone those who commit/allegedly commit murders?

Book it--I have now joined the ranks of stone throwers. Bloody fantastic.

No, he is wrongfully under the illusion that death-by-stoning is an actual deathpenalty in Indonesia. He's probably confused with the recent approval of the parlament of Aceh of stoning as a punishment.
However as far as I know there never has been one so far.

As far as I know the diplomatic backlash from Indonesia is not because of the fact that one of it's residents is executed on foreign soil but more because it was done (too) swiftly and without letting the Indonesian government and the family of the maid know until after the fact.

it's actually a mock demonstration against the beheading. look closely and you can tell the "executioner" is Indonesian.

Er, you know they're put to sleep before the actual 'lethal' injection, right?

well if the person is asleep I doubt he can feel the heart attack

seems to be the same principle used by backyard euthanasia activists...

knocked out with drugs, suffocated by plastic bag.

Not up to the usual rage-inducing standards. Unless there's good reason to believe she was innocent, I don't really see this issue here. Don't murder people in Saudi Arabia if you're fond of wearing hats, simple as.

what do you expect from a country where religion and state aren't seperated?
fucking barbarians
i wonder when eye-for-an-eye-gaf is gonna show up ITT

Like I said earlier its like bringing heroin into Singapore. Now that doesn't mean people can't be bothered for due process issues, but then again it's not like it's a secret that the Saudi Arabian judicial system is a joke. It's a bit of a catch 22.
