I keep flip flopping on getting second set of joycons ans charge grip or a pro controller. I feel like the benefits of the second set of joycons - 4 player Mario kart, etc. - outweigh a d-pad...But I dunno.

Not right away. Lots of game pre-orders in March taking priority. If I can, I would get Bomberman and Zelda along with a Pro controller, a set of red joy-cons, a set of blue joy-cons, and an extra dock. FYI I an getting the console with the grey joy-cons.

100% optional accessories, many of which are duplicates of items already included with the base purchase. I don't see the issue.
Edit: as for me, it's probably gonna be the console, Zelda and (depending on the price) bomberman. probably almost $400

Crazy how I have a good bit of money in savings but I still can't fathom the idea of paying $1,300 all at once for a new console launch. Sounds like it'll be super fun for you and your family though!

I also don't really play games locally multiplayer cuz I'm an adult with basically no gamer friends, so won't need another controller. Batteries seem fine. Don't really need any accessories.
So like $360+ US tax.
