How much water do you drink per day roughly?

No clue, but I drink water pretty much exclusively, sometimes I mix it with cranberry juice ocean spray flavors.

And I drink a lot, my family nickname as kid was thirsty.

Not much straight water (one 1.5 liter bottle usually lasts 2-3 days), but with all the coffee I drink I think might get up to about 2 liters a day.

2-3 500ml bottles. Usually only gets to 3(maybe 4) on a workout day.

Don't know how the fuck I got by drinking just Pepsi for like 15 years.

I remember a thread like this years ago. Some people said they didn't like the taste so they never drink it.

Anyways, I well over 100 oz per day.

I'd say about 3 500ml bottles a day.
And I seem to have been pissing a lot more this past year, maybe it's an age thing, I don't know.

Dat gamer stereotype.

Free, unlimited bottles of 1L still & carbonated water at work, I tend to drink 3-6 a day + home.

So 3 to 6 litres. It pretty much entirely curbed my soda habit.

Between 2 and 3.5 litres on normal days (70 to 120 oz). I'd probably triple that on really hot days where I'm outside a lot.

I drink from glasses that I know have about 400ml capacity and I generally just pour a glass and gulp it down at the sink, often two glasses at once, especially in the mornings. I don't understand the act of carrying around water to sip from - seems like a waste of time when you can just carry it in your stomach.

I drink quite a bit. Probably between two and five liters daily.

I got a bad habit of drinking too much water. Not that theres anything bad about it, but I sure do piss a lot.

Not enough. I used to hate it but now I drink at least 1L a day. I used to drink a cup maybe.. once a week? My goal is 2L a day which I hit most days now!

If it makes you feel better, I thought "bottles" in this thread was yet another measurement unit used in the US :D

You laugh, but you're not too far from the truth. The USDA recommends drinking eight glasses of water a day. Yup, body size, protein intake, sodium and potassium levels, physical activity level, and climate are just variables that don't matter according to the USDA. Drink eight glasses and you're good. LOL

i think like 8 to 9 cups, i drink like 2-3 cups after i jog/shower and like a few cups here and there and a few cups at night and before I go to sleep

Probably on average about 2.5 - 3.5 L a day. I just keep a water bottle by my desk all day, and just keep taking sips constantly. Though I easily drink the most when I'm eating food. I've pretty much cut out soft drinks completely, so I pretty much just drink water, and a small amount of milk occasionally in the mornings with breakfast.

Whenever I feel thirsty which is how it should be since we have regulatory mechanisms to let us know, rather than the 8 cups of water/2L myth. If my urine is looking light yellow, means I'm fine.

Not enough, but I don't tend to drink a lot in general, for whatever reason. Maybe four or five (small) glasses a day.

I'm trying to force myself to drink more water this year -- cut out the pop (which I've already mostly cut down to "only during hockey games") and juices -- but I always find I'm looking for something with flavour. :/

I drink 2 liters of water per day. It used to be four but that got real annoying quickly. It takes an hour to freeze four liters of water. Add an hour to drink one liter.

A gallon or more. I've always been a big water drinker, can't pass a water fountain without taking a sip. I don't buy bottled either.

I've never actually kept track of it, but I drink a lot. Water is pretty much all I drink (I'll have a glass of orange juice sometimes, but other than that it's pretty much all water). I also have really bad anxiety and water is like my clutch or whatever so I always have some with me.
