Everytime I fucking move, I have to deal with the jackasses who run these joints. I've been on hold for 40 fucking minutes already, like each and every other time, cuz they only have one retard working the counter and the phones. I live in NYC, with millions of people moving here and there every day and there's only two or so of these places. And I refuse to pay $30 to hire some glue sniffer's van who lives in Brooklyn.

That's pretty much the only reason to go U-Haul. I know someone who literally totalled the truck - dumbass tried to drive it into a garage where the clearance was too low - fucked up the rear as well as pretty much destroying the windshield and seperating the cab from the rest of the vehicle. He didnt' even end up paying for it (he had the additionaly insurance which was pretty cheap IIRC).

A whole lot of people seem to really hate U-Haul in my experience. My friends have had terrible difficulty with getting trucks they've reserved and being charged the wrong amount.
