Hulk Hogan was at WrestleMania 30 in the New Orleans Superdome. He called it the Silverdome (the old stadium in Detroit) a bunch of times before the fans started booing at him and he realized he said the wrong name. Afterwards Stone Cold and The Rock came out and poked fun at him over it.
He was introducing WrestleMania 30 in the Superdome in New Orleans, but said the "Silverdome", the site of WrestleMania 3 where he slammed Andre the Giant, instead. The crowd had started to chant "Superdome" and that gif is Hogan realising his mistake.
