Well... I'm getting the tank flushed out professionally this morning. I was told not to worry too much as there shouldn't be any serious damage Apparently unleaded in a diesel engine isn't the end of the world.

My fiancee read through this thread and never laughed so hard in her life, so at least something good can out of this...

If you hadn't filled it to the brim you're usually able to dilute it with just putting diesel on top. You just need the 'self-igniting' properties of diesel and it will burn off normal fuel too but the mixture has to be right. At least you didn't fullderp it and the car isn't fuckety fucked.

On a serious note, if you have press in bearings, you can wrap them in wet paper towel, and microwave for a minute, and they pop right in.
