Well, AMD and Nvidia rarely launch new lines at the same time. They usually launch new lines separately from each other so instead of competing head to head, they tend to leapfrog each other instead. The GTX 970/980 were launched around September of last year, it's unlikely that they'll launch the GTX 980 Ti or 10XX line only 8 months later. Besides, there's usually a lot of rumors flying around as AMD and Nvidia never manage to get complete secrecy before launching a new product line, and the only industry gossip so far for Nvidia has been about the GTX Titan X which just came out.
Pascal is still slated for 2016, no month was specified because it's still very far off.
It's safe to assume that Intel will launch Skylake to supplant Z97 Haswell/Broadwell at the same price ranges, maybe a bit higher priced since they're for a new platform. Intel has been doing that for the last couple of years, like when they launched the 4690K. They discontinue the old processors and immediately sell the new ones for the same or maybe slightly higher MSRP than the old ones. Intel runs two separate product lines for consumers and enthusiasts, there's no way Skylake will cost as much as Haswell-E, they're for different markets and roles.
I guess you'll have to check prices in a few months when you're closer to being ready to buy. I don't know how much PC parts sell for in Malaysia.
That's not exactly the 1080p most people think of, 2560x1080 is a little bit harder to run than 1920x1080, but not as demanding as 1440p (2560x1440). What are your system specs, your graphics card?
Can't say for sure since I'm not a monitor guy, but user reviews seem to be great across the board wherever I look (Newegg, Amazon, Best Buy, LG website) and the price is great. It's $230 at Newegg and according to price tracker, the cheapest it got on Newegg was $200. Can't seem to find any professional reviews, though.
