you can take pictures of people outside doing their thing. photographers do it all the time, people in the bus, in the street etc. but in those scenarios the photographer is in plain view of his subjects, they know they are being shot, if they have a problem with that they'd tell the photographer to stop.
you, however, are hiding in your bedroom, behind your blinds and taking pictures of your neighbours that they are unaware of. this is definitely not kosher. on top of that, you are posting said pictures on the net. people have the right to their privacy.

ps: yeah, she is pretty hot, i'd definitely hit it. multiple times.

if someone inadvertantly happens to be on your shot, it's probably not wrong. however i get the feeling you'd have toruble proving that she repeatedly happned to just walk into your frames.

The bottom line is that you have NO idea what is really going on. How do you know that it's a cheating relationship? She could be employed after school every day to help out with office stuff. The fact that her hours are so regular implies that it is some kind of job. Even if you had confirmation that he was cheating, you don't have any right to interfere.

Point is, she's in public. I could claim I cropped it down from a larger picture. I could claim I was trying to take a picture of an insect, but it kept focusing on the background. I could claim just about anything.

I think as long as people are in public it's okay to take their picture. I've seen no laws to the contrary.

This is a young couple who have moved into a new house with their entire future in front of them. They have hopes, dreams, a mortgage, and their entire future building upon what you see in front of you. Even if it's built on a shaky house of cards, it's up to him to either keep it together or suffer the consequences if he fucks up.

It is none of your concern to introduce chaos of this nature into all three of their lives, especially for some sort of Sake Of Truth. Eradicating their hopes and dreams will benefit nobody.

I'm not a legal professional nor am I qualified to give legal advice and neither is anyone else here, for that matter. If you'd like though, there are a few attorneys I know that I could ask about it.

I think that what brings the legality of the pictures into question the most is 1.) her face not being blurred out and 2.) the license plate of her car not being properly obscured (it is cut off, but needs to be blurred). I would think that the fact you are making defaming accusations about a person without protecting their anonymity is what makes the legality of your posting this material so questionable. Shoulder a little responsibility here by at least blurring out the faces of the people you are posting pictures of; they haven't given you permission to publicly expose the,.

Other than that, I don't know whether to find this whole thing creepy or assuring. :lol Oli, have you ever considered becoming a detective? Hahaha
