Seriously, it makes for awful video quality and the focus is always bouncing all over the place!

on a more serious note, just cause your cam is HD (as I'm assuming) doesn't mean it will shoot well at night. Also if it really is always around you/your house, get a telescope and film it through that, zooming in with your poor night vid capabilities camera does nothing

Can UAV's sit still in the sky and look like bright lights because these can? It's only when you get close and they start to move that they look like this.

The other video is what I was referring too, but the bright light part can be a technique to blind and/or provide cover to itself and/or other drones from IR sensors. And depending on that type of UAV practically any movement is possible.

MacDill Airforce base is like South Tampa right? Not sure if that's close enough to explain the videos. Do you know what direction you're taking these videos? Does it happen anywhere or typically to the south?

Ok so after doing some research (aka 5 minutes of google search) I found out that MacDill Airforce base is home to the U.S. Special Operations Command and they do a shit ton of UAV/Drone/Special plane testing. With them being located only a few miles of downtown Tampa it would say it not unusual for someone in the area to see some unusual activity. So while I can't say for sure they're not targeting you specifically, you can at least take solace in the fact it's just Obama watching you and not aliens.
