Good call, ESP RaDe would be my first game too If not that, then maybe Ninja Turtles:The Arcade Game, one of those kickass rotating AfterBurner machines, a SFA3 cabinet, or a DDR machine (just for my girlfriend's sake ).

Street Fighter II original, glitches and all. The one I played the most, and the one I had the most fun with... even if it is poor in competitive play.

Otherwise, most Jp DDR machines or heck... almost any Jp rhythm game would do.
